We invested in a multifamily property in 2024, and our goal is to add at least one real estate property to the portfolio every year. We look for class B and C multifamily properties that have been overlooked and are rented below market.

Our multifamily property is professionally managed and our goal is to create a space where each tenant feels safe and well taken care of.

We also want to create a space where our LP’s know we value them, through open communication and a large emphasizes on returning their capital as soon as possible. We treat every dime as if it was our personal money, and know our reputation is always on the line, we work hard to make it a win-win situation for everyone involved.
